Nahum, a trained dancer, choreographer and rehearsal director, whose career has taken him from Manchester to Cuba, New York, China and more, founded ADDA to bring more widespread representation and equal opportunities into the dance education sectors in the UK.
ADDA, a not for profit, is the first dance examination board and teaching organisation dedicated to accrediting and specialising in dance forms rooted in the African Diaspora. Committed to expanding dance education, ADDA actively enrich curricula and training for future generations while honouring the pioneering techniques that have shaped today’s dance and theatre industries. With a fresh and dynamic approach to dance education, they empower students, teachers, and professionals of all backgrounds, fostering continuous growth and innovation in the field—regardless of age or ability.
